1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • They are received in a damaged, defective, or expired condition

  • You received the wrong item

  • They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ezykart.biz or calling our helpline.

  • Provide order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).

  • Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Post-shipping cancellations are not accepted.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If returning for other reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
