At Ezykart.biz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if:
They are received in a damaged, defective, or expired condition
You received the wrong item
They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Personal hygiene products
Perishable goods
Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Return Process
Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ezykart.biz or calling our helpline.
Provide order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop process.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Post-shipping cancellations are not accepted.
5. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.
If returning for other reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
